日照东方电机有限公司（下辖永磁电机应用技术研究所）为国家高新技术企业。公司和中科院电工所、上科院电科所、及大型企业、知名院校合作，经过多年的产品研发和推广应用的经验积累，走出了一条永磁直驱和减速型永磁电机同步发展的路子，所有产品均拥有自主知识产权。

　　公司总部位于山东日照，在山西太原建有配套生产基地。现有职工246人，专职设计人员16人，生产、装配及实验人员190人，专业工程服务人员18人。公司建有山东省院士工作站、山东省永磁电机工程实验室（山东省首家）、国家煤炭安全科学技术学会防爆电气分会委员单位。

　　公司研发生产的低速大扭矩永磁电机智能驱动系统，直接替代传统的“三相异步电机+液力耦合器+减速机+辅助传动+制动抱闸”系统，具有体积小、重量轻，低速恒转矩启动、转速可调、?；ね晟?、体积小、安全可靠、基本免维护等突出特点，在煤炭、水利、水泥等行业的部分大型企业集团投入使用，运行安全稳定，且节能效果明显。其中球磨机、皮带机专用低速大扭矩永磁同步电机，入选《2016国家高效节能电机重点推广目录》，国家水利部科技推广中心《重点实用新技术推广目录》；辊压机、球磨机低速大扭矩永磁电机，入选2019年《山东省重点研发创新工程》。

The company is headquartered in Rizhao, Shandong Province, and has a supporting production base in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. The low-speed high-torque permanent magnet motor intelligent drive system developed and produced by the company directly replaces the traditional "three-phase asynchronous motor + hydraulic coupling + reducer + auxiliary drive + brake brake brake" system, with small size, light weight, low-speed constant torque start, adjustable speed, perfect protection, small size, safe and reliable, basic maintenance-free and other outstanding features. It has been put into use in some large enterprise groups in coal, water conservancy, cement and other industries, with safe and stable operation and obvious energy-saving effect. Among them, the low-speed high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor for ball mill and belt machine is selected as "2016 National Key Promotion Catalogue of High-efficiency Energy-saving Motor" and "Key Practical New Technology Promotion Catalogue" of Science and Technology Promotion Center of the Ministry of Water Resources; the low-speed high-torque permanent magnet motor for roller press and ball mill is selected as "Key R&D Innovation Project of Shandong Province" in 2019.

The company and the Shanghai Institute of Electrical Science jointly built the national low-speed high-torque permanent magnet motor inspection and testing center, can carry out various low-speed high-torque permanent magnet motor performance testing.
